MG-1050ES/1050PS auto die cutting machine, (ES, auto die cutter with stripping; PS auto heavy duty die cutter with stripping) is based on die-cutting machine, joined the waste stripping function. This type of machine cleans the waste (clean four sides) or semi-clean waste, effective removal of waste hole after die-cutting, greatly saving the cost of labor and time costs. The waste disposal department is equipped with a three-linkage coordinated waste disposal device, which effectively remove all kinds of abnormal waste. The stripping frame adopts pneumatic up and down lifting function.

 

 

 

• High pressure: MG-1050ES is up to 300ton pressure; MG-1050PS is 580ton
• High output: max 7500 sheets/hr, normal speed is 6000+ s/h, suits for lager scale industry production

1. Three-action waste removal device, with harmonious, accurate and powerful action, can effectively remove various kinds of foreign waste, and double-drawer waste removal upper and lower molds can be quickly loaded and unloaded, and the waste removal tools can be adjusted

3. The waste removal device adopts cam drive, which is stable and reliable. The waste removal mold adopts linear bearing sliding, and the upper and lower mold frames are completely consistent. When the waste removal function is not required, the paper removal action can be suspended due to separation
4. In the waste removal mechanism, the clutch of the waste removal action is pneumatically controlled, the mechanism is simple and reliable, and the positioning mechanism of the paper biting tooth row is installed. The machine can also remove the waste stably and accurately at high speed
