1. Feeding section ( Feeder/ Down suction/ Leading Edge) and feeding table section

 

Feeding section:

Choose one paper feeding way blew:

a. Feeder

Four suction and five delivery high-precision paper feeder, suitable for the needs of thin paper and various types of cardboard and corrugated board.

b. Down Suction

Adopting high-precision bottom suction and vacuum suction feeding way to feed, not easy to scratch the printing surface,suitable for high requirement corrugated board boxes cutting.

c. Leading Edge

Adopting a gearbox and air pump control system to prevent scratch of the printing surface, high speed, suitable for big order of carton box job.

 

Optional lifter

Feeding table section

• Lifter make paper feeding easier, reducing operational fatigue and saving time.
• Using paper feeding rubber wheels combined with rubber rollers, to deliver the corrugated paper accurately and without warping.

 

2. Die cutting section

• Pneumatic lock plate, central positioning system, ensure die cutting and creasing stable and accurate.
• The bottom platform adopts cast iron material worm gear and crankshaft connecting rod transmission.
• Adopting Taiwan's high-precision intermittent mechanism.
• Belt connecting rod transmission, low noise, and accurate accuracy.

3. Stripping & delivery section

• Stripping section

Stripping section adopts three linking stripping frame structure, effectively removing paper waste on three sides and in the middle.

 

Optional Second Stripping equipment

Second stripping equipment, slits the last side of the paper sheets, easily achieves the effect of blanking of the corrugated board, to get the final products in one go, efficiently and time-saving.
